Gordy sort of got wrapped into going to the zoo with Jane. It was just her real grandpa and his girlfriend along with Rosco to keep up with Lucy.
"I almost forgot, you used to see Lucy quite a bit." Gordy nodded remembering Rosco used to date Rachel.
"Oh." Rosco squinted as if this wasn't a good time to bring that up. "So how are all the girls doing?" He meant Rachel, Gordy supposed.
"As well as can be expected." Gordy just smiled. "Any news you want to share?" They were pushing the strollers into the new Ape House. Jane so wanted her picture taken with big ape even if he was behind glass.
"I don't think so." Rosco looked around at everyone.
"Isn't Charlotte, you know." Gordy tried to sign it out the best he could as one with child.
Rosco cracked up.
"Uh, no." Rosco smiled. "Its Whitney."
Gordy squinted thinking Kal probably didn't want anyone to know. "Well, it'll make Rachel feel better."
"Rachel?" Rosco winced.
"Oh, you don't want to know." Rosco shook his head.
They watched Grandpa's girlfriend take picture of Grandpa and the girls. Jane wouldn't let there be just a picture of her and grandpa. Lucy had to be in every shot.
"Just one." She even had grandpa begging. They got a snapshot of Jane pulling at her grandpa's cheeks while she was giving him a big smile.
"God, she's photogenic," Gordy sighed.
"You think it'll be a girl?" Rosco looked at Gordy about Rachel's baby then.
"I dunno, guess I need a full set, but then again, Rachel might drive us all crazy before the baby gets here." Gordy yawned.
Rosco went to chase after the girls then who were off to see something around the corner.
Gordy saw he was alone with his Dad then, and he wasn't sure what he was supposed to say now.
